Blog Goals and Short Introduction

I started this blog to share my thoughts and experiences of trying to lead a balanced life. My intention is to post at at least once a week, of topics that falls under health and happiness. I will aim to build up to posting 3 times a week, every Monday, Wednesday, and Friday.

I’ve always thought that happiness is something that we can all strive for and share with everyone. My life goal is to always be learning and trying to help improve the world. Learning and exploring more about health and doing things that creates happiness will hopefully be a good direction to head in!
